New AOC Operations Organization Sharpens Customer Focus

New leadership positions and the consolidation of several strategically-aligned departments within a new Operations organization, sharpen AOC's focus on exceeding customer expectations.

New Operations Leadership Team
Matt Watkins is promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations. Watkins is responsible for manufacturing, engineering, safety and regulatory affairs, purchasing, and information technology. During his 22 years of service to AOC, Watkins has held several leadership positions, each focusing on continuously improving product quality and service. Watkins has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Auburn University.
Chris Lenegar is promoted to Vice President, Global Purchasing. He is responsible for global procurement of all raw materials used to manufacture AOC products. His focus is on securing the most reliable and lowest cost sources. With 27 years of expertise in the buying, selling and distribution of petrochemicals, Lenegar joined AOC in 2007. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.
Allen Brown is promoted to Director, Information Technology (IT). Brown is responsible for all information systems and technology. Brown has held several IT positions since joining AOC in 1996. He leads a team of IT professionals focused on technology and business strategy alignment. Brown has earned two degrees from the University of Memphis – a Bachelor's in Information Systems and an MBA in Management.
Dan Cox is promoted Director, Operations, responsible for manufacturing, engineering, safety and regulatory affairs. Since joining AOC ten years ago, he has led the development of technologies and procedures that improve product quality, increase manufacturing productivity, and make AOC a more sustainable enterprise. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University.
