AOC strengthens its global management strategy

AOC announces a new global management team to reinforce the value advantages of AOC technology, quality and service in every region of the world. All changes are effective October 1, 2008.
“Our new organizational and reporting relationship changes are designed to better focus the company for international business growth, while maintaining our leadership position in North America,” said Randall A. Weghorst, President and CEO, in making the announcement.
In the new organization, Jack Roesle, formerly Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, is appointed to the new position of Senior Vice President, International Business. Roesle is responsible for all sales to Europe and Asia and future investments outside North America. He leads the newly formed International Business Team of:
• John Griggs, Vice President of International Development;
• Stephen Olle, Managing Director, Europe & Asia;
• Peter Cheshire, Managing Director, Composites Material Supply, a UK-based distributor, and
• George Sutch, Manager of International Operations.
Reagan Stephens, formerly Vice President - Manufacturing, is named Vice President - Sales & Marketing, North America. Business Managers, Regional Sales Managers, the Director of Marketing Communications and the Customer Service Manager report to Stephens. Brian Parker continues as both Western Region Sales Manager and Managing Director for Latin America.
Matt Watkins, former Plant Manager - Gel Coats and Colorants, is named Vice President Operations. North American Plant Managers and the Corporate Operational Support Staff report to Watkins.
Roesle, Stephens, and Watkins report to Weghorst.
