AOC announces price increase for Europe, Asia
AOC, LLC will increase prices on all products in Europe by € 0.08/kg and in Asia by $0.10/kg effective June 1, 2009.
In the past several months, OPEC production cuts have tightened global crude oil supplies. As a result, Crude Oil prices have increased by 40% and are now above $50/barrel. AOC sources raw materials globally to resist increasing prices; however the recent price movement cannot be absorbed internally.
