AOC announces price increase for United States and Canada

AOC, LLC will increase prices on all resin and gel coat products in the United States by $0.05 per pound, and CN $0.13 per kilo in Canada. Both price increases are effective for shipments on and after June 1, 2009.
In the past several months, OPEC production cuts have tightened global crude oil supplies. As a result, Crude Oil prices have increased by 40% and are now above $50/barrel. AOC sources raw materials globally to resist increasing prices; however the recent price movement cannot be absorbed internally.
